I Can Connect

“Mental wellness, Movement and Mobility”

What is I Can Connect?

We know that during these new times of social distancing and self-isolation there is no way you can come to us so; we’re coming to you with I Can Connect!

I Can Connect is Valley Leisure’s and I Can Therapy Centre’s practical response to the challenging times in which we find ourselves, to keep in contact with you and to provide you with credible sources of information to enable you to keep mentally well, moving and mobile in the safety of your own home.

We’re also providing more interactive information and content on our social media platforms that we would love you to get involved with.

We’re really missing you and hope that we can continue to help and support you through these challenging times in a different way.

Please feel free to share this information with your friends and families.

Connect with us

I Can Connect is all about us connecting with one another to empower and enable us all to continue to move more and feel better.

We’re big believers in people needing people and during these new and strange times, social media has a real place to help us all stay in touch.

Please connect with us on our social media channels and share them with your friends and relatives.

No Social Accounts?

We’re also producing a weekly info bulletin with the snippets of information we’re posting on our social media channels.

It’s ideal if you cannot access social media or if you are working with older people or those managing long-term conditions and would like to provide them with information. You can download each week’s content here.

Resources

We’re here to help you keep mentally well, moving and mobile for as long as needed which we hope will enable you to return to the I Can Therapy Centre on re-opening as quickly as possible.

We’re big believers in providing you with credible and reputable information to support you to keep moving more and feeling better and we’ve hand picked the following resources for you to browse and do at your leisure. Many provide free downloadable information leaflets or enable you to access online exercise classes for free.

We’ll be introducing them over the coming weeks via our social media platforms so keep an eye out for them.
