Opened in November 2017 by Dr Sara Payne MBE, we’re helping hundreds of people from Andover and the surrounding areas to move more and feel better. We’re able to tailor your exercise experience to your individual needs to help you achieve your personal goals.

‘Steady on the Feet; Strong in Mind and Body’.
We’re excited to share with you a new class, called Retrain to Regain! By incorporating both seated and standing exercises, we aim to improve your posture, stability, strength, and balance.
It’s more than just physical – it’s about reducing the risk of falls, boosting brain function, and reclaiming your independence.
