Opened in November 2017 by Dr Sara Payne MBE, we’re helping hundreds of people from Andover and the surrounding areas to move more and feel better. We’re able to tailor your exercise experience to your individual needs to help you achieve your personal goals.

Community Exercise Classes
Steady on the Feet; Strong in Mind and Body.
We offer 1 exercise class per week, over a 6-week period designed to increase your strength and improve your balance, helping you stay steady, keep active and enjoy what you love doing.
Class 1:
Seated and standing class, part of the Hampshire County Falls Prevention Programme, Steady and Strong.
Course Length: 6-Weeks
