Community Exercise Classes
Steady & Strong
We provide two exercise classes each week for 6 weeks, specifically designed to help you build strength and improve balance. These sessions aim to help you stay steady on your feet, remain active, and keep doing the things you enjoy. The classes include both seated and standing exercises and are part of the Hampshire County Falls Prevention Programme.
Chair Yoga
In partnership with Naomi from Doda Yoga, we offer one chair yoga class each week for 6-7 weeks. These gentle, seated sessions focus on enhancing flexibility, strength, circulation, and relaxation – all from the comfort of your chair.
